Terms and Conditions
By booking an appointment with Mugworts L eanne Psychic Medium Empath you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
- You must pay for the full service at the time of booking for in-person, phone or Zoom reading and/or other services or courses.
- Your payment is non-refundable. It may be transferred when you give a minimum of 24 hours notice of appointment rescheduling that is made within 3 months.
- You will be contacted via email to remind you of your appointment, and to be added to Mugworts mailing list.
- It is your responsibility to have a stable internet connection. If you have a bad connection this will result in you losing time on your reading.
- It is your responsibility to be punctual for your all appointments. If you are late, this time will be taken out of your appointment.
- Gift Vouchers may be transferred to someone else if the recipient is not able to use them. There are no refunds.
- Gift Vouchers must be used within 12 months. If this isn’t possible please contact Mugworts Leanne Psychic Medium and we can organise the reading in a time frame that works for you.
